SAFE & QUALITY MATERIAL We strongly believe in using a safe and quality material! The ChillRig is made using a USP Class VI medical grade, FDA regulated thermoplastic elastomer known as Versaflex G2705 N. This material is so safe that it is used in hospital tubing! Click here for more info.

Where do I buy one?
At this time The Original ChillRig is only available for purchase here, on this online storefront.
How Does it Work?
The ChillRig is a double walled bong that encloses our ChillTech Cooling Solution within the hollow walls. When frozen, the ChillTech cooling solution will now act as a ice pack so when you add water to the ChillRig for the perc, the water will rapidly become very, very cold! This is important because all the smoke/vapor percolates through that super chilled water allowing you to properly cooling down your hit!
How Long Does it Last?
This is a tough question because ambient temperature and the environment both serves as role so the outcome always varies. We have found out that on average, the ChillRig can last for a minimum of 1 hour of frequent usage. (outdoor use may vary)
Is it Made of Silicone?
No, the ChillRig is not made of silicone. The ChillRig is made using a USP Class VI medical grade, FDA regulated thermoplastic elastomer material known as
Versaflex G2705 N. We proudly source this material in the USA.

How Long Does it Take to Freeze?
For an optimum chill experience, we recommend leaving the ChillRig in any standard freezer for a minimum of 3 hours or until ChillTech is frozen solid. Simply give the ChillRig a slight squeeze, if it's solid then you're good to go!
How do I Clean it?
Simply use Isopropyl alcohol with salt, shake well and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Clean frequently to reduce staining. Do not use Soak n' Rinse cleaners.

USE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Place base assembly of ChillRig in any standard freezer
2) Wait approximately 3 hours or until ChillTech frozen solid
3) Remove from freezer and add about 1 inch of water for the perc
4) Attach the mouth piece and then enjoy the COLDEST hits in the World
*DO NOT CRUSH. SEAL CAN BREAK*
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Remove mouthpiece from ChillRig Base and dump out any water
2) Add about 1 inch of 91% Isopropyl alcohol & some coarse rock salt
3) Reattach the mouthpiece, cover both the holes and shake aggressively for about 30 sec. - 45 sec.
4) Remove mouthpiece and rinse thoroughly with warm water
*DO NOT SOAK YOUR CHILLRIG IN ANY CLEANERS INCLUDING ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL*
METHOD OF BEST USE:

Shake base before freezing (For best results)

Leave in freezer for 3+ hours or until ChillTech is frozen solid

Rinse/clean after each use to prevent staining

Agitate often during use or perc water might freeze

Base assembly not dishwasher safe

Do not leave in areas where temperatures can reach 120°F for extended periods of time.
